  • Bruised or fractured shingles and granule loss that exposes the mat
  • Wind lifted, creased or torn shingles
  • Dented gutters, vents, valleys and flashing
  • Soft or saturated decking underneath

The photo report you keep

You get clear, dated photos of exactly what the storm did, whether you decide to file with insurance or not. That documentation is yours to keep and it is the foundation a claim stands on.

Working with your insurance

If you choose to file, I meet your insurance adjuster on the roof and walk them through the documented damage so nothing gets missed. I am not a public adjuster and I do not negotiate your claim for you.

Do I have hail damage I cannot see?

Very possibly. Most functional hail damage is invisible from the ground and only shows up when you inspect the shingle surface closely. That is exactly what the free inspection is for.

Should I file an insurance claim?

Only if there is real, documented damage worth more than your deductible. I show you the photos and give you a straight opinion, then the decision is yours. I never pressure a claim.

Is the storm inspection really free?

Yes, completely free and with no obligation. You keep the photo report either way.
