How much does the inspection cost?

Nothing, ever. The roof inspection and the estimate are both free, and you keep the photo documentation whether or not you hire us for anything.

What if you do not find any damage?

Then I tell you your roof is fine and I leave you my card for the next storm. Roughly half of inspections end exactly that way, and that honest answer is why the company holds 4.9 stars.

How long does a new roof take?

Most homes are done in a single day. We protect your landscaping, magnet sweep the yard for nails, and leave the place like we were never there.

What warranty do I get?

Shingle roofs carry a 30 year manufacturer warranty plus a 2 year workmanship warranty on the labor itself.

Do you handle more than roofs?

Yes. Gutters, windows, fencing and solar, so storm repairs can go through one team instead of four contractors.

My insurance claim was denied. Can you still help?

Usually, yes. Most denials in Texas are about evidence. Daniel re-inspects free, documents every hit with photos, and meets the adjuster on the roof for the re-inspection. Read what to do when a roof claim is denied.
