How much does a roof repair cost?
Most minor repairs are a few hundred dollars, but the honest answer is that it depends on what is actually wrong, which is why the inspection is free. You get a written flat quote before any work starts.
Can you repair just part of my roof?
Yes. If the damage is localized and the rest of the roof has life left, a targeted repair is often the right call and I will say so. If a repair would only buy a few months, I will show you why.
How fast can you come out?
For an active leak I move quickly, usually within a day or two, and most repairs across North Dallas are completed the same week.
