What replacement day looks like
Tear off the old roof, inspect and repair the decking, lay new underlayment, install your shingles to the manufacturer specification, then a full magnetic nail sweep and cleanup. Most homes are done the same day.
Materials and warranties
Asphalt shingles carry a 30 year manufacturer warranty plus my own 2 year workmanship warranty. We install GAF and CertainTeed shingles as a certified contractor, and we also do metal roofing if that is the right fit for your home.

How long does a roof replacement take?
For most homes in our area, a single day. Larger or more complex roofs can run into a second day, and I will tell you which yours is before we start.
What warranty do I get?
A 30 year manufacturer warranty on the shingles plus a 2 year workmanship warranty from me on the installation itself.
Do you help with insurance on a replacement?
Yes. If your replacement is storm related, I document the damage and meet your adjuster on site. See the insurance claim help page for exactly how that works.
