- I inspect it, usually the same week. The outside check takes about thirty minutes and you do not need to be home. If you want the attic and ceilings looked at too, we set a time that works.

Do I need to be home for the inspection?
It helps but is not required. If you cannot be there, I can inspect the exterior and send you the photo report, then go over it by phone.
How often should I get my roof inspected?
Once a year is a good baseline, plus after any major hail or wind storm. Older roofs, past about ten years, are worth checking twice a year.
Will you try to sell me a new roof?
No. If a repair is the right call I will say so, and if your roof is healthy I will tell you that. My reviews are built on being straight with people.
